WooCommerce Order Cancellation Email to Customers
This plugin improves customer awareness by notifying them when their orders are canceled or unsuccessful. Typically, only the admin receives a cancellation email, leaving customers uninformed. To improve communication and build trust with your customers, this plugin offers a solution with three key features:
Cancel Order Email to Customer: When the admin enables this option, customers will receive an email notification if their order is canceled for any reason.
Failed Order Email to Customer: Similar to the previous feature, this option sends an email to customers when their order fails.
Select Order Confirmation Page: This feature provides a dropdown menu, where the admin can choose a specific page to redirect customers to when their order is confirmed.
